In support of 750 million people across the globe who are illiterate, we will honor them by joining millions of readers for World Read Aloud Day on March 7. Our day will be filled reading aloud. Looking for readers who would be willing to be with us for the special event and read a favorite to small groups. if you would be interested in being a reader or working with me in planning the event - I can definitely use some help. To kick off World Read Aloud Day, Santoro's Books will be hosting a QAE book fair on March 6-8. Santoro owner, Carol, will be bringing the latest and greatest picture, fiction and series books as well as books for young adults and parents. 20% of all sales will go to the library program.
